We are seeking a Senior Assembly Technician to prepare and assemble mechanical systems in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Test Methods (TMs), protocols, and engineering requests. This role will support the Operations, R&D, and Quality departments.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of all assembly functions.
Assist Manufacturing Engineering with engineering activities as needed.
Help finalize and complete production documentation.
Train personnel on manufacturing instructions as required.
Oversee product processing from raw material preparation to finished goods manufacturing.
Operate all production equipment efficiently.
Assemble mechanical components, conduct inspections, and handle packaging and labeling.
Use microscopes and other analytical instruments.
Maintain documentation for quality and GMP compliance.
Complete necessary paperwork for accurate record-keeping.
Utilize cleanroom, laboratory, and manufacturing equipment, including special tools and fixtures.
Complete all required training, including hands-on training.
Interface with manufacturing and other internal departments.
Adhere to applicable GMP and ISO regulations.
Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with Quality System procedures and company policies.

Job Requirements
High School diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
4+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
Familiarity with FDA and GMP regulations is essential.
Proficient in reading and writing in English, including work instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
Ability to use lab equipment and basic hand tools (e.G., microscope, oven, DI water system, sealer, screwdriver, wrench).
Proficient in operating production equipment and computers in a cleanroom setting.
Ability to navigate QCBD and use QAD software systems effectively.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully, meeting ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
Regular, punctual attendance is required.
Must be able to safely lift up to 25 lbs.
Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and accurately.
Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time and move around the office as needed.
Close-range observation skills are necessary.
Compensation:
We offer competitive pay, with a base hourly rate ranging from $23.31 to $28.82, along with potential additional compensation and benefits.
