Some of the practice areas are business, commercial, construction, employment, environmental, general liability, premises and product liability, insurance defense, and toxic tort. This role will be joining their Employment Litigation team who handles both single-plaintiff and class action cases.

Job Details
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in defense litigation
- Experience with employment litigation: discrimination, retaliation, class action. FEHA, PAGA, and wage & hour
- Experience conducting discovery, taking dispositions, preparing motions and trail preparation
- Trail or arbitration experience is a plus!
- CA Bar License and must reside in CA
