Some of the practice areas are business, commercial, construction, employment, environmental, general liability, premises and product liability, insurance defense, and toxic tort. This role will be joining the General Liability Group and be able to work fully remote.

Job Details
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in defense litigation
- Experience with general liability: personal injury, premises liability, auto, construction and/or habitability claims
- Experience conducting discovery, taking dispositions, preparing motions and trail preparation
- Trail and trial preparation experience is a huge plus!
- CA Bar License and must reside in CA
