This role will be joining their Insurance Litigation team who handles insurance bad faith and fraud cases.

Job Details
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in insurance litigation
- Experience with insurance bad faith and fraud cases
- Experience conducting discovery, taking dispositions, preparing motions and trail preparation
- Trail or mediation experience is a huge plus!
- CA Bar License and must reside in CA
