Join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate Attorney specializing in HOA law!
About Us: We are a leading law firm dedicated to representing homeowners associations (HOAs) and community associations. Our team is committed to providing top-notch legal services, ensuring that our clients' communities are well-managed, legally compliant, and harmonious.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent HOAs and community associations in litigation, including covenant enforcement, collections, and disputes with contractors or vendors.
Provide legal counsel on a wide range of HOA-related issues, from governing document interpretation to dispute resolution.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Advocate for clients in court and other legal proceedings.
Collaborate with our team of HOA specialists to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Must be Barred in NC and SC
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
1-3 year of litigation experience, with a focus on HOA law or real estate law preferred.
Can litigate in York County
Strong understanding of HOA governing documents, state statutes, and case law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a dedication to client service.
