We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the UM team as a Senior Associate, Integrated Planning. In this role you will assist in the Media Planning process with a concentration in Investment. As a Senior Associate, Integrated Planning you will live at the intersection of planning and investment to ensure planning best practices implemented. This opportunity will kick-start your career in media and provide a platform to partner with the world's leading consumer brands.

• Oversee daily monitoring of network buys, set specific deadlines for schedules, and ensure resolution of any billing discrepancies
• Monitor cable and syndicated buys based on audience delivery data
• Evaluate submissions and negotiate pricing
• Prepare presentation materials, encompassing all pertinent data on buy, for submission to client

Required Skills & Experience

• Exhibits a strong desire to learn and a positive attitude that would complement the UM culture
• Ability to perform media financial operations
• Proficiency with Media bank or equivalent Inventory Management system
• Detail-oriented with strong time management, organization, creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively cross functionally with internal and external teams
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• UM does not require candidates to have a college degree

Desired Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of media planning or buying experience
• Proficient knowledge of basic planning principles and media math
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to quickly learn proprietary tools and processes and experience preferred with third-party market research, and cloud-based collaboration tools such as MediaTools, Prisma/MBOX, DCM, Nielsen Ad Intel, Pathmatics, eTelmar, MRI Simmons, comScore, eMarketer, SharePoint, etc.
