Our client has an immediate need for an experienced senior commercial real estate finance attorney to join their Boca Raton or Palm Beach offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.
Interested candidates must have 7+ years of substantive commercial real estate finance experience, preferably from an Am Law or comparable big law setting. You will join a dynamic and reputable team of experienced attorneys who represent a diverse mix of sophisticated real estate clients in lender and borrower side transactions. Attorneys who have previous experience with leverage transactions, preferred equity, and joint ventures are encouraged to apply.
