Job Posting: Senior Attorney

Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

Position Overview: We are looking for an attorney with 8+ years of experience in various areas of law, including commercial and real estate litigation. The ideal candidate will be able to handle complex legal matters and contribute to our firm's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and represent clients in commercial litigation and real estate litigation cases.
• Address homeowners association and common interest community disputes (CCIOA).
• Oversee corporate disputes and dissolution processes.
• Facilitate arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution matters.
• Handle employment and labor issues, including claims arising under ADA, ADEA, Title VII, and noncompete/non-solicitation disputes.
• Navigate construction defects and mechanic’s lien issues.
• Resolve intellectual property-related disputes.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 8+ years of experience in a full-service business law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial litigation, real estate, and related legal matters.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
