An established firm in New Haven County is bringing on a Senior Attorney with 5+ years of experience in Trust, Estate and Probate practice. They are ready to welcome this new attorney to the team as soon as possible. Flexibility options for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel on estate planning, trusts, and probate matters.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and related documents to ensure compliance with state laws.
• Advise clients on tax implications, asset protection strategies, and wealth transfer options.
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust administration.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to develop comprehensive estate plans.
• Stay updated on changes in trust and estate law to provide informed guidance.

Qualifications:

• JD 
• Active license to practice law in CT
• 5+ or more years of experience in trust and estates law
• Extensive probate experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Proven track record of successful client interactions and case management
