Position Overview:
I am seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auditor to join their esteemed team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, particularly in the non-profit and healthcare sectors, and a passion for delivering accurate and insightful audit services. As an Experienced Auditor, you will play a vital role in conducting and leading audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing valuable insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements for a variety of clients, including non-profits, healthcare agencies, schools, and large commercial corporations.
• Review financial statements, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Identify and assess risks, develop audit strategies, and implement effective audit procedures.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients, helping them improve their financial processes and controls.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and ensuring the quality of work.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, auditing techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with tax and consulting teams to provide a comprehensive service offering to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports, ensuring they are clear, concise, and meet the needs of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of audit experience, with a focus on non-profits, healthcare, or large corporations.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
