Position: Lead SDET Engineer
Core Responsibilities:
Architect, develop & execute comprehensive test strategies, plans & automation.
Lead & coordinate a team of 3 junior resources (US & offshore).
Design & develop tools & tests for complex use cases.
Troubleshoot & analyze code in Python, Shell, and Golang.
Provide timely status updates & effectively address issues.
Drive & uphold high-quality standards across the development lifecycle.
Address OS & system-level issues (e.g., bugs, log analysis).
Work with AWS & Azure using SDKs or CLI for testing.
Develop & test new RESTful APIs & web-based UIs.
Engage with Kubernetes & HPC schedulers (e.g., Slurm, LSF).
Skills and Experience:
Experience in product companies & startups is ideal
Expertise in creating fullstack testing frameworks & developing test automation from scratch.
6+ years in software engineering, ideally with Linux, Go, Python, or C/C++.
Strong experience with Docker, CI/CD, & DevOps practices.
Familiarity with Kubernetes is preferred.
Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Adaptable & thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.
B.S. or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
