Human Resource Dimensions is seeking to place a Senior Benefits Analyst responsible for supporting the ongoing administration of retirement Defined Contribution Plans (401(k), including processing biweekly and semi-monthly funding, reporting, file error correction, and interaction with plan record-keeper along with internal stakeholders. This includes data analysis and processing, researching file errors, responding to employee escalations, and working on special projects in support of retirement and financial wellness programs including timely submission of the 5500 annual reports. Reconciling and auditing benefit vendor invoices with timely submission to Accounts Payable for payment. This position will be the liaison to our Benefits Administrator for escalations, exceptions, or sensitive situations. Additionally, this role is responsible for updating ACA data monthly ensuring accurate data for the filing of 1095s and open enrollment/new benefits communications.

- Process, calculate, and submit biweekly and semi-monthly 401(k) funding to plan administrator working with record-keeper, payroll, and HR technology teams.
- Analyze and research financial and indicative file errors.
- Perform ongoing data review and analysis of vendor and employee data to ensure the accuracy of data and processes.
- Ability to evaluate systems and procedures and identify potential process improvements.
- Proficiency in analysis and interpretation of large volumes of data by having strong math aptitude and financial acumen.
- Perform quality checks of benefits-related data.
- Provide necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
- Working knowledge of employee benefit plans and administration.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. UKG/Plan Source preferred).
- Provide timely and positive employee/customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the highest degree of professional standards.
- Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact positively and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Associate’s degree in HR, Finance/Accounting, or related field but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.
- Three to five years experience in Retirement/401K Benefits and/or benefits administration.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance/Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification credential.
