Role: Senior Billing Specialist
Location: Albany, NY
Hours: 9-6, M-F + OT (over-time is paid 1.5x and client offers additional incentives)

Manage complex billing issues, improve processes, and provide strategic advice using NetSuite and Salesforce expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve high-level billing issues and discrepancies
• Oversee revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Reconcile accounts and transactions across Salesforce and NetSuite
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Proven experience as Sr. Billing or Revenue Specialist
• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• NetSuite and Salesforce certifications
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with other accounting tools
• Detail-oriented with ability to interpret accounting standards
