We are seeking a Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of owned multi-channel campaigns and initiatives to drive growth and ensure the efficient delivery of key messaging. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in owned media strategy, budget management, agency leadership, and executive communications.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Strategic Planning:
- Oversee the owned communication planning process from annual strategy development to planning, approval, execution, and measurement of promotional window content.
- Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns:
- Develop and execute campaigns across owned channels in accordance with marketing calendar key moments, business objectives, paid media strategies, PR opportunities, Brand Activations and LSM (local store marketing).
- Budget and Performance Management:
- Collaborate with the agency and internal teams to manage agency scopes and budgets effectively, ensuring work aligns with business goals.
- Analyze performance data with Finance and/or agency to optimize results and recommend improvements.
- Agency and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across agency and Restaurant Support Center teams to stay informed on initiatives.
- Partner with the Director of Communications on brand activations to build programs, support initiatives, and develop tactics for the owned channels.
- Serve as Owned Communications Expert:
- Act as the primary contact for owned media-related inquiries and present actionable recommendations to Senior Leadership.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Communications and Content Planning Expertise:
- Ability to translate business objectives, marketing strategies, and budgets into effective, actionable communications plans.
- Strategic Marketing Development:
- Skilled in building marketing strategies and adapting them over time.
- Consumer and Industry Insight:
- In-depth knowledge of current consumer behavior, trends, and industry best practices and needs.
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to present confidently to Senior Leadership.
- Campaign and Agency Management:
- Proven ability to lead internal and external agencies and teams to concept, plan, build, execute, and monitor campaigns while managing timelines, agency scopes, and budgets across channels.
- Owned Channel Expertise:
- Thorough understanding of owned channels, including trends, KPIs, tools, and processes.
- Project and People Leadership:
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and influence and lead cross-functional projects and teams.
- Demonstrated skill in developing and mentoring direct reports.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of owned media management experience on the agency or brand side across most of the owned platforms led by this role.
- Previous LSM experience preferred but not required.
