About the Job
- Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services
- Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
- Performing field and laboratory testing
- Scheduling and oversight of facilities technicians
- Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as needed
- Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or technology degree in Civil Engineering or architectural engineering preferred
- 4-6 years of related building enclosure or facilities related field inspection experience
- Facilities certifications are required for all types of testing performed. All applicable certifications are required in accordance with the Technician Certification and Pay Policy. Professional certifications [NRCA/IIBEC or AWCI Certified EIFS Inspector] are highly desired
