High School diploma or equivalent, including or supplemented by some trade school or vocational training, is desirable.

Training and Experience:

Two (2) years experience in most phases of building maintenance.

Prefer EPA or HVAC certification 

Job Knowledge:

Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills.

Must be familiar with building maintenance and experience in all trade areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating/air conditioning, etc.
