Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with BU and IT to detail business requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Review requirements and propose solution alternatives.
- Create and maintain user acceptance stories and deliverables.
- Work with business lines to clarify needs and gather feedback on solutions.
- Challenge IT and business lines to consider better options when issues arise.
- Support QA and UAT, ensuring clear communication between IT and business units.
- Follow Epics, define features, and write/groom detailed stories for Agile development.
- Negotiate win-win solutions for IT and business requirements.
