Senior Business Analyst at AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a SeniorBusiness Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Houston, TX (Hybrid). Your ability to produce timely and insightful reports, while actively facilitating cross-functional meetings to ensure project alignment, will be vital to driving revenue growth and improving operational governance.

 

Rate Range: $25/hour to $40/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

SeniorBusiness Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies, developing recommendations that align with business goals.

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to gather and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights and reports for management.

• Led cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to budget constraints.

• Oversee testing phases to validate solutions meet business needs, ensuring quality and functionality of deliverables.

• Develop training materials and provide support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and effective use of business systems.

• Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing insights into market trends, competitive analysis, and organizational capabilities.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and project changes to support future initiatives and compliance.

• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering their professional development and ensuring the quality of analysis delivered.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
