As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with business owners to understand new business opportunities and define the business and functional requirements. You will deliver high-quality business and functional requirements to the development teams, enabling the successful completion of design, coding, testing, and implementation phases of the project lifecycle.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will partner with business owners to understand new business opportunities and define the business and functional requirements. You will deliver high-quality business and functional requirements to the development teams, enabling the successful completion of design, coding, testing, and implementation phases of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and participate in the review, revisions, and testing of product enhancements and business opportunities.
- Provide business knowledge and technical support during requirement development.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify data and functional requirements for new or enhanced systems.
- Ensure development objectives are met, user testing is performed, and member notifications are delivered on time.
- Develop and review business and functional requirements, focusing on key project functionalities.
- Maintain timely communication with project staff throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Document and coordinate changes to products and services, and present business or technical documentation when needed.
- Provide technical support to ensure adherence to business requirements.
- Evaluate business requests for feasibility and collaborate with Software Engineers to recommend optimal solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans, incorporating costs and tasks to ensure timely implementation.
- Ensure compliance with methodologies, documenting problem areas, and coordinating resolutions.
- Investigate industry trends or technical processes and coordinate the implementation of new or revised rules and policies.
- Manage and document project/release-level user acceptance testing.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- Previous Business Analyst and Project Management experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of business functions and the development lifecycle, with 3-5 years of experience.
- Broad technical knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
- Self-starter with strong leadership skills and minimal supervision required.
- Strong business writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
