Responsibilities:Our Digital and Technology Financial Services (FS) is seeking a seasoned sales executive to join in the growth of our Digital and Technology practice. The ideal candidate will focus on two areas as follows:Sales Execution:- Serves as a primary new Digital and Technology business sales contact for Wipfli’s Financial Services (FS) Practice, focusing on the Eastern United States- Creating awareness, building relationships with key accounts and Relationship Executives in Wipfli’s FS Practice- Represent the full breadth of service offerings within FS- Develop leads through external referral sources, associations and networking groups- Manage multiple, complex pursuits and coordinate a collaborative sales effort with subject matter experts and consultants through the entire sales lifecycle- Participate in trade shows and regional industry events- Assist with preparing and presenting the value proposition- Support direct marketing campaigns and programs - following up on marketing qualified leads to further nurture those leads and turn them into sales opportunitiesPlanning:- Develop and cultivate a target list of companies in the Eastern United States- Understand the targeted market segment needs, industry issues, competitive threats and our service offerings- Build a strong working relationship with Wipfli’s FS LeadersKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other job related major, or an equivalent level of job related experience- 5-10 years of Digital and Technology consulting and services sales experience- Familiarity with selling intangibles and value-added services- The ability to craft and execute strategic and tactical plans to close projects and services- Demonstrated success in developing new client relationshipAdditional Skills:- High integrity - honors commitments- Commitment to excellence- Ability to manage and sell on social platforms- Team selling mindset- Willingness and ability to share knowledge with others- Solid executive presence and business acumen- Ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations- Able to close business with a win/win negotiating style- Strong time management skillsWipfli is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
