USPRO is a woman owned staffing agency located in the Seaport District of Boston, MA. We specialize in contract placement of Engineers, Technical and Business Operations professionals across all industries nationwide. Founded in 2009, we are an established young company that is rapidly growing, and we are currently looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team.
Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for improving USPRO’s client relationships, increasing sales revenue with existing clients, and identifying business development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new B2B prospects, qualifying new clients, interacting with potential end-users/decision makers, establishing communication channels and strong relationships with new and existing clients, performing rate and fee negotiations, and identifying cross-selling opportunities within all levels of client organizational structures
- Comfortable cold-calling, scheduling appointments for client visits, and attending networking events
- Leverage previous experience to qualify client expectations and advise clients on staffing solutions
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery to hiring managers for all facets of talent development
- Driven to meet or exceed activity, revenue and profit goals
- Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to USPRO’s sales pipeline
- Stay up to date with industry trends relating to USPRO’s many staffing verticals – e.g., Engineering, IT, Accounting & Finance and Administration
- Conduct market research and uncover industry trends by using recruitment marketing software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience creating, developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Successful track record of business development and account management within the staffing industry
- Goal-oriented team player with excellent presentation skills
- Must be capable of building strong relationships with hiring managers
- Experience with search engines, job platforms, recruitment marketing software, and social media platforms
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, client relationship management systems, and digital sales pipelines/funnels
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Coachable, take direction and think independently
