Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of a robust digital/BI analytics program to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide data-driven insights to drive product roadmap prioritization across multiple B2B and B2C web properties.
• Manage eCommerce data infrastructure, including digital analytics data, reporting, and analytic platforms.
• Act as a subject matter expert on digital analytics, tag management solutions, and eCommerce optimization testing tools.
• Generate actionable insights by integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Digital Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation, formulas, and modeling.
• Experience with MySQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proven ability to communicate complex analysis and reporting to senior management.
• Excellent written communication skills.

• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, or related eCommerce metrics.
