Our firm practices a wide diversity of civil litigation, spanning policyholder-side insurance coverage (NOT insurance defense), business litigation, corporate ownership disputes, employment, shareholder actions, intellectual property, and appellate practice, amongst others.
This is an excellent opportunity, as we are a boutique civil litigation law firm comprised of 7 attorneys and we with all the work we have, we are looking to add an additional Senior Litigation Associate. This is an in-house position at our new Irvine office. We work together as a team and in-person interaction is crucial to our culture and ability to work together effectively.

Job Details
Our next Senior Business Litigation Associate will be one who:
- Has 10+ years of California Litigation Experience (this is required)
- Strong classic business litigation experience is a strong plus!
- Understands and appreciates the value of what the firm offers.
This Includes:
- Working with other attorneys who actually enjoy litigation
- Learning how to think about the strategy in a case from a unique perspective
- Working on a diverse range of cases
- Understanding how 10+ different court systems work
- Working in a high-energy practice without any screaming or other obnoxious conduct
- Using the best technology to assist the practice of law
- Working in an office that is a casual environment
- Doing real projects where you understand the overall strategy of the case
- Working full-time with a work-life balance (1800 hours per year).
Your Required Duties:
- To manage and litigate business and civil matters across a wide breadth of practice areas.
- Areas you are not yet familiar with may require intensive research and familiarization.
Requirements:
- J.D. is from an accredited law school and is a member in good standing with the California Bar.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of California Civil litigation practice, although more experience is valued.
- Must live within 25 miles of our office in Irvine, CA.
