Senior Business Process Analyst - Pinnacle

• Client is currently searching for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Business Process Analyst to support the Bank’s Finance Department.

• This candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting flows and descriptions, and recommending best practices on all end-to-end business workstreams that have a direct impact on the Finance Department as well as key management reports.

• Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS]
• 5 plus years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
• High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of process engineering within Finance or Banking sectors
• Highly proficient technical skills with process mapping tools such as Lucid or Visio
• Experience with mapping large cross departmental process.

• Ji Kotei Kanketsu (JKK) or Client Production System (TPS) or Lean Six Sigma (or comparable)
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge and application of Change Management principals
• Experience with the identification of operational controls
• Experience with research of Banking regulations

• Someone with strong hands-on experience in evaluating Finance program.
• Someone with good knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Someone with Financial services background is must have

• They will be mainly responsible for document the process and identifying risk and control points - Must have
• Responsible to identify program requirement gaps - Must Have
• Someone with solid hands-on controls framework experience
• Strong speaking and written communication skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Big 4 exp (Nice to have)
• Process flow documentation
• This is not a technical requirement, more operational
• Lucid or Visio priority but other would be okay Pay Range:

$45 - $47.79 Hourly

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
