Senior Business Process Analyst - Trinus

We are seeking for a Sr. Business Process Analyst in Plano, TX. The consultant will require to come onsite atleast 5 days in a month. In the first month, they have to come onsite more often.

Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting flows and descriptions, and recommending best practices on all end-to-end business workstreams that have a direct impact on the Finance Department as well as key management reports.

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry).
• High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of process engineering within Finance or Banking sectors.
• Highly proficient technical skills with process mapping tools such as Lucid or Visio.
• Experience with mapping large cross departmental processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Ji Kotei Kanketsu (JKK) or Toyota Production System (TPS) or Lean Six Sigma (or comparable).
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge and application of Change Management principles.
• Experience with the identification of operational controls.
• Experience with research of Banking regulations.

Education Required:

• Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS).
