Required
- 10+ year's business analysis experience.
- Previous Financial Institution experience.
- Knowledge & alignment to IIBA/PMI Business Analysis best practices.
- Prior large Program/Platform Conversion/M&A experience in banking.
- Candidate must have proven experience in Payments - Zelle, RTP, Person to Person.
- Stakeholder management in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent working session facilitation skills.
- Experience working in agile methodology with Jira/Confluence is required.
- Vizio flowcharting and system/process/data flow diagramming experience.
Desired/Preferred:
- Business analysis accreditation preferred.
