We’re looking to grow our business with innovative people who can contribute to our company culture and vision. As Senior Buyer will play a major role in the financial success of the company. Partnering with multiple departments, they will audit other buyers and assist with enforcing purchasing policies, analyzing reports, and supporting the Barron brands. The Senior Buyer will be responsible for the maintenance of levels for replenished items to be monitored and adjusted as sales trends fluctuate, and will work collaboratively across teams to identify, analyze, and solve supply chain problems in each step in the process to improve quality for customers and reduce costs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for forecasting and monitoring purchasing needs for the entire organization.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams to identify, analyze and solve supply chain problems in each step in the process to improve quality for customers and reduce costs.
Assist in the development of process documentation, reports, and other tools to monitor the health of the supply chain in real time and predict future issues.
Responsible for the maintenance of min/max levels for replenished items. To be monitored and adjusted as sales trends fluctuate, for systems accuracy and appropriate purchased quantities by buyers.
Responsible for the maintenance of items ensuring the data in the system is correct so that landed costs can be applied appropriately.
Review and approve purchase orders presented by buyers.
What you bring to our vision:
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement/Supply Chain, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, V-LOOKUP, functions)
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical abilities and the ability to apply mathematical concepts such as statistical data, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

72,000 - 82,000 USD per year(Barron Office)
