Summary: The Senior Change Manager/Prosci Consultant role with Amtrak requires expertise in leading organizational transformation using Prosci’s ADKAR model and Agile methodologies. The position is responsible for driving change management initiatives, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful adoption of change within the organization.
Position Info:
- Title: Senior Change Manager / ProSci Consultant.
- Client: Amtrak.
- Duration: 12 Months.
- Location: Washington, DC 20002.
- Work Mode: Onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change initiatives utilizing Prosci ADKAR, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Establish and manage an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Community of Practice.
- Develop communication strategies and perform change impact assessments.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, empathy sessions, and process improvement workshops.
- Design and execute onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs for new hires.
- Monitor change adoption through ADKAR surveys and assessments.
- Lead and organize training webinars, workshops, and collaborative events.
- Manage collaboration tools like FigJam, Mural, MS Teams, JIRA, and Confluence.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Prosci ADKAR model and change management principles.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe PI Planning methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with executive-level leadership.
- Proficient in managing collaboration and project tools (e.g., MS Teams, JIRA, Mural).
- Experience in facilitating training and workshops on change management.
