About the Job
Impact Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Project Designer with excellent CAD skills for the Land Division located in Seattle, WA office.
Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in land development; including site plan design, roadways, permitting, erosion/sediment control (ESC) design, and experience in stormwater management (SWM). Utility work experience, i.e., laying out water mains, sewer (gravity or force mains), gas pipelines, etc. a plus.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of AutoCAD experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Civil 3D and MicroStation experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of site grading and drainage.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design to include sewer, water and paving.
- Ability to develop comprehensive construction document set.
Additional Skills:
- Identifying project scope and budget management.
- Knowledge of MS programs such as Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
