Haskell’s Design & Consulting Team unites architecture, engineering, and consulting professionals from across industries and geographies. Our Design & Consulting Team serves a diverse set of markets; this position will be part of our Civil Infrastructure group. As a team member at Haskell, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that will challenge your creativity, innovation, and expand your skill set.
In this role, you will perform design, detailing, and analysis under the supervision of a Licensed Professional. You will also engage in interdisciplinary coordination with peers in other design disciplines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Design Engineer in drawing, planning, production, management, and adherence to the schedule
- Produce well-organized, finished drawings of good appearance, accuracy, clarity, and correctness
- Partner with technical efforts of discipline designers, technicians, and/or interns assigned to the project
- Developing awareness of modern civil engineering technologies, procedures, and methods to utilize design tools to compile work
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or Associate Degree
- 10 years of civil design experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
