Senior Civil Engineer - Land Development - Gpac

Our client is a local civil engineering and land surveying firm looking to add a Civil Engineer to their family-like team! They work projects of all sizes, and properly manage them. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must have PE license in South Carolina
• 7+ years of experience in land development design is REQUIRED
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation experience is a plus!

Job Description/Duties:

• Will be working with a team of Junior Engineers on land development construction drawing packages for various commercial and residential projects in and around the state and country 
• Mentoring Junior Engineers 
• Perform grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Preform stormwater management calculations using HydroCAD
• Prepare and complete E&S control plans as well as permit packages
• Research zoning codes and ordinance requirements for project sites
• Coordination with municipalities, utility companies and other public regulatory agencies
