5-10 years’ experience in the energy sector (oil and gas, renewables, power generation, metals, and mining) with a strong focus on insurance claims management.

Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Risk Management, or a related field and advanced degree preferred.

Knowledge of Commercial Property and Casualty forms and coverages for proper claims reporting Proven track record of handling complex property, liability, and casualty claims with successful recovery outcomes.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of insurance policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Salary: $125,000-$185,000 salary range plus bonus opportunity and benefits. This information reflects the anticipated range for this position.  Actual salary may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
