About the Job
Senior Client Partner I (Catalant Technologies, Inc., Boston, MA): Manage Catalant's relationship with strategic and operational points of contact at named accounts to ensure Catalant is properly servicing and growing the partnership (15%); Lead sales calls with clients to help educate them on Catalant’s platform and potential use cases based on their focus areas (20%); Gain access to, and build relationships with executives in named accounts through a combination of direct outreach and partnering with account champions (20%); Collaborate with Customer Success team to create sales assets that would help drive client adoption, and identify ways to partner and deliver more efficiently with strategic clients (5%); Work closely with the delivery team that consists of a Customer Success Associate and a Customer Success Analyst to ensure Catalant delivers the candidates and experiences that meet client expectations (15%); Create a franchise sales strategy based on historical client data and market data, leverage tools like Excel for campaign planning and collaborate with Sales Development Representatives assigned to the client partnership to plan outbound activities that would result in meetings and grow the partnership (15%); and Work with cross functional teams to provide feedback on the product improvements, marketing campaigns and new features that would add value to the clients (10%). In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Experience researching complex enterprises though combination of company published investor materials, news outlets, other publicly available information; Experience distilling research into Powerpoint and other presentations highlighting opportunities for the business and action plans; Ability to understand all core functions of an enterprise including how they set strategies, create, fund, and resource work; Experience building and managing account-level partnerships; Experience driving complex sales processes and working closely with support teams; Familiarity with Microsoft, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator; and Familiarity with forecasting software, like Clari. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business or related field, and at least two (2) years of experience as a Sales Executive in Consulting, Account Management, Marketplaces or related occupation.
