Your Impact:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Nurse Practitioners, Nursing Assistants, Licensed Mental Healthcare Providers, and Administrative Assistants.
- Manage your own client caseload while ensuring a top-notch quality of care for our clients.
- Collaborate on the weekly Clinic Meeting Agenda with the Regional Clinic Director/Clinic Director and our Admin Leaders.
- Facilitate engaging weekly clinic meetings, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Work closely with the Regional Clinic Director/Clinic Director to review clinic KPIs and quarterly goals.
- Conduct annual audits under the guidance of the Clinical Director to ensure the quality of care.
- Provide valuable clinical case consultation to support your team.
- Ensure the Administrative Assistant receive proper training for success.
- Encourage team connection and team building for a positive work culture.
- Review and sign off on incident reports, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
- Establish and review emergency protocols with Administrative Assistant and Regional Clinic Director/Clinic Director.
- Implement corrective actions when needed following the Employee Corrective Action Policy.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, providing training in InSync and other CFS computer programs.
- Work with the Regional Clinic Director to ensure budgets are met.
- Assist in interviewing new candidates, bringing in the best talent.
- Perform initial intake sessions, making recommendations for appropriate care.
- Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders appropriately.
- Develop treatment plans based on client strengths and needs.
- Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and refer clients to community resources.
- Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to licensure requirements and code of ethics.
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans based on clinical assessment, history, and client input.
- Assist in managing psychiatric crises, providing support to clients in crisis situations.
- Collaborate with emergency services as needed for client safety.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, ensuring compliance and education.
- Administer evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions as appropriate.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to coordinate client care.

- Education: Master’s degree and an active license in mental health counseling or social work OR Master's/Doctoral degree in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing.
- Experience: Three years providing mental health services and two years of leadership experience.
- Other Condition: Must be willing to travel as needed, authorized to work in the US.
