Senior Commercial Building Engineer

Location:

Kansas City, Missouri

Salary:

62,400 to $74,880/yearly

Experience Certifications Required:

EPA Certification or CFC Universal Refrigerant Card

2-5 years of leadership experience in Commercial Building Maintenance or Commercial HVAC

Strong understanding of Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Commercial HVAC systems

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the maintenance, service, diagnosis, and repair of Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, and Commercial HVAC equipment

Manage and train a team of technicians to ensure optimal building system performance

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance operations

Collaborate with building management and other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks

Participate in an on-call rotation to provide emergency services

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM or 8 AM – 5 PM

On-call rotation for emergency services
