As administrative support, you will support our commercial leadership teams by managing tasks, coordinating projects, and maintaining accurate records. Your expertise will help us streamline processes, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of our commercial efforts. What You Will Contribute
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commercial leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
- Independently manage complex calendar & travel schedules (domestic and international) for the commercial leadership team
- Organize and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with other administrative professionals in the company to improve overall efficiency
- Compile department budgets into a global commercial budget. Facilitate the budget process administratively with FP&A and commercial departments and regions. Work with FP&A monthly and quarterly to understand and communicate budget variances and with re-forecasting.
- Oversee the preparation, organization, and maintenance of commercial documentation, including contracts and agreements
- Assist with business financial transactions, including purchase requests and invoice approvals
- Assist in the coordination of commercial projects, ensuring that timelines are met and deliverables are high quality
- Assist in the planning and execution of commercial events including regular monthly and ongoing team meetings
- Work closely with other departments, including HR, finance, legal, and R&D, to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with commercial objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework in biotechnology or commercial administration is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial or administrative role within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
- The base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $140,400. The final compensation will be commensurate with such factors as relevant experience, skillset, internal equity and market factors.
