Position Overview :
OurSales Operations Teamplays a crucial role in driving our business forward, and we are seeking a talentedSenior CommercialOperations Analyst to support their efforts. The ideal candidate isprocess and detail-oriented, analytical,and eager to learn.As aBusinessOperations Analyst, you willbe responsible forproviding analytical insights and operational support to our sales team. You will analyze sales data, track performance metrics, andidentifytrends to help improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive revenue growth. Additionally, you willbe responsible forgenerating reports, conducting sales forecasting, andassistingwith sales planning and strategy.

Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.
Your Impact :
+ Analyze sales data and performance metrics toidentifyactionable insights on trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
+ Develop andimplementsales dashboards, reports, andsales forecastingmodels and toolstosupport sales planning andtrack sales performance and effectiveness.
+ Plan, deliver, and manage commercial projects and programs, such as sales campaigns, OKR deliverables, and other strategic initiatives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, tooptimize processes and workflows.
+ Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to drive sales growth and profitability.
+ Monitor and report on salesperformance, conversion rates, and sales cycle metrics.
+ Provide training and support to sales team members on sales tools, processes, and systems.
+ Facilitate a cross-functional team of technical and business SMEs to identify and refine business requirements and translate them to business informatics solutions
+ Stayup-to-dateon industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to sales operations.
What You Bring :
+ 5+ yearsexperienceinasalesreporting, analytics, orsimilar role,preferably in ahigh-growthtechnology, consulting,investment banking,or software industry
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability tonavigate ambiguity and distill data into clear insights
+ Expertise withMicrosoft Excelincluding advanced features
+ Experience with Salesforce or similar
+ Experience with Tableau and/ orPower BI
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Experience working within the Healthcare industrya plus
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Geographic Responsibility: This is a hybrid role with in office ~1-2x/week preferred (Burlington and/or Boston)
