Senior Commercial Real Estate Accountant at Tempositions, Inc.

Our client, a Cutting-Edge multi-dimensional Real Estate Firm located in Freehold, NJ area, is adding a Senior Commercial Real Estate Accountant to their team on a temp-perm basis.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Assist with commercial real estate transactions
• Review and assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Post journal entries for expenses 
• Maintain fixed assets- depreciation/amortization
• Heavy account and bank reconciliations
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Track and monitor lease details, expenses, etc.,

The position requires:

• 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate Accounting experience - warehousing/storage, distribution centers, and/or manufacturing facilities - Required
• Bachelors Degree
• Public accounting with Real Estate Clientele is preferred
• CPA a plus
• Daily use of Excel required, experience with MRI, Yardi or other RE Accounting software
• In the office daily
