The Senior Communications Specialist guides and supports the U.S. region’s marketing and communications efforts. They shall enhance and protect Introba’s brand reputation by raising awareness of our subject matter experts (SMEs), projects, and company purpose across target audiences. In collaboration with other corporate marketing and communications team members, strategically creates compelling stories that guarantee a united, consistent, and uplifting narrative that establishes and advances our business identity and mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead internal and external corporate communications efforts that elevate company goals through thought leadership and corporate storytelling.
- Fuel industry awareness and position Introba U.S. for future growth.
- Partner with Marketing Director to create and promote corporate PR in all U.S. markets.
- Partner with Marketing Director to coordinate and promote corporate sponsorships and brand partnership initiatives.
- Partner with Senior Events Manager to promote events in all U.S. markets.
- Partner with Global Communications Manager to lead the strategy, creation, and execution of social media campaigns within various platforms to build awareness, engage partners, and grow our audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and Subject Matter Experts to translate business objectives into comprehensive content strategies.
- Repurpose existing, high-value content to target different audiences and mediums.
- Develop, organize, and maintain a content calendar and collaborate on developing the overall communications plan.
- Stay current on new content marketing and social media tools, best practices, and how other organizations and companies are using them.
- Support internal communications, as needed, to promote the company culture and its employees.
- Ensure all content is consistent with and supports the overall brand strategy and identity.
- Cultivate close relationships with leaders, media, and influencers in the design, consulting, and engineering spaces.
- At least eight years of experience in a communications role, with at least half in an agency or consulting services setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and strong understanding of the building engineering industry and sustainability practices are highly preferred
- Experience creating authentic voices for key executives while leveraging the right stakeholder for specific opportunities.
- Expertise in defining and crafting positioning and managing company messaging.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated poise and a leadership style that will instill confidence and trust among internal and external leadership
