Human Resource Dimensions has been engaged to place a Senior Compensation Analyst for a well-established manufacturing client located in Smyrna, GA. The Senior Compensation Analyst will provide compensation analysis and support for employees of the company. Assists in the planning, development and implementation of new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures that are linked to business objectives in order to attract, retain and motivate employees. Ensures the company’s programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies, internal controls and government regulations.

- Review market pricing activities for assigned area of responsibility using Market Pay, develops recommendations for new hires and promotions to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness, and communicates recommendations with the HR Partners.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of the Career Framework. Responsible for maintaining documentation around job architecture/leveling guidance.
- Provide support for the management of the company’s Corporate Salary Structure. Assist with modeling and cost analysis related to base salaries. Analyzes competitiveness of pay ranges/rates to market data and local conditions.
- Assist in the development of regular reporting/dashboards for the company’s compensation programs (Career Framework, Salary Structures, short-term incentive plan). Analyzes data and develops recommendations for improvement in processes and systems.
- Assist in the administration of annual bonus process in Workday to include accrual calculations, final payment calculations based on financial results, producing annual pay plans and payment statements, and partnering with the Payroll department to process payments.
- Partners with Workday Product team on Advanced Compensation processes and reporting.
- Participate in on going pay equity audits across the company and U.S. business units. Partner with Compensation leads in each business unit and outside consultants on the process.
- Assist with the design of training and job aides to educate Human Resources Business Partners on compensation policies and procedures.
- Research questions, interprets policies, and assists with review of compensation issues.

Experience, Education, and Abilities:
- 4+ years’ experience as a Compensation Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, required.
- Prior experience with Workday preferred.
- Previous experience with online market pricing tool required.
- Knowledge of state and federal employee compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Expert excel skills required and must be proficient with other MS Office Products: Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Direct experience with analyzing large, complex data sets and interacting with relational databases. Ability to develop recommendations to management levels.
- Work performed in a typical office environment and no travel is anticipated.
