As a Senior Investigator, Compliance you will be an individual contributor responsible for oversight and completion of compliance investigation matters globally within the organization. This role will work closely and collaboratively with other functions within the company to investigate and remediate complex violations of company policy, including Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Finance, IT, Safety, and Security.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Conduct thorough, timely, and objective investigations into allegations of compliance policy violations, including leading witness interviews, reviewing and analyzing documents, drafting investigative reports, and presenting investigation findings to stakeholders on these matters
- Serve as a Senior investigator on complex domestic and international investigations involving workplace concerns, conflicts of interest, and financial matters such as accounting irregularities and fraud, while reporting and providing oversight of compliance policy matters within a case management system
- Recommend corrective action, post-investigation improvement and support strategies, and other remediation as required, including policy changes to address issues identified during investigations
- Act as a global point of contact for advice and mentorship on investigation issues for your area of responsibility while reviewing, implementing, and providing training on internal investigation procedures and related compliance controls and policies
- Apply consistent and repeatable process oversight while engaging stakeholders to understand monitoring activities, audits, and associated controls for quality assurance with the different Compliance department areas
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- 3 years of experience conducting investigations
- Experience with Navex EthicsPoint or equivalent case management software
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to convey findings, facts, and other information with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict management skills
- Travel Requirement: averaging 25%
- JD preferred
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification
- Additional Language Skills; Spanish a plus
- Experience working for a multinational company
