This role has Lead responsibility for creating yearly EHS MAPS and updating quarterly MAPS. Environmental Point of Contact for department during internal / external EHS audits. Maintains and controls DCS permission / roles, and Distribution specific Compliance Wire training curriculums. Assists in Distribution audit preparation and readiness, including backroom support in Regulatory audits. Lead responsibility in conducting management reviews of DCS SOX System Security compliance process (with PwC, CIA and Finance) Distribution Point of Contact during internal and external regulatory audits. Lead responsibilities in both internal and external EHS audits. Facilitates and creates training categories specific to Distribution initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports Contractor On-Boarding activities by creating WWIDS, requesting Network access and requesting specific Compliance Wire curriculums per area / task.
- Supports the Distribution PIV activities, (scheduling training classes), assigning specific training in Compliance Wire, pulling together PIV EHS training packets, meeting with EHS to review documentation and updating the Infolink system
- SGOP / EGOP Category Owner / SME, ensuring compliance to those requirements.
- Tracks training and maintains additional documentation per policies and procedures.
- Performs weekly internal DCS SOX System Security Audits, ensuring compliance. Lead responsibility during external SOX Audits with GAA, PWC and Finance.
- Key Distribution contact for internal and external EHS related audits.
- Leads projects / initiatives to drive process improvements, increase training efficiency.
- Proactively monitors tasks to ensure overall compliance to EHS, Quality and Regulatory requirements.
- Creates training documents and presentations to support Regulatory EHS related activities.
- QUMAS workflows for Distribution specific documents
- Creates monthly metric reports Distribution MBR
- Records Management POC
- Key Point of contact in internal / external Regulatory, assisting in audit preparation and readiness. Assists in audit Backroom activities related to auditor requests.
- Performs organizational, analytical and administrative tasks to establish accurate and concise Regulatory documentation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Management.
Education: A minimum of a Vocational, Certificate, Technical or Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred
