Your leadership will drive the success of projects, ranging from multi-million-dollar airport developments to critical airfield upgrades.What You'll Do:Lead End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all phases of construction, from initial design through to project completion, aligning with company policies and best practices.Strategic Planning & Coordination: Manage budgets, schedules, and project objectives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality projects.Ensure Compliance & Safety: Implement FAA, CFR, and other regulatory standards to guarantee compliance and safety on all projects.Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage detailed estimates and budgets to guide project success.Who You Are:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in airport, airfield, and/or vertical construction, with a proven track record on $100M+ projects as an Owners Rep.Certifications: While not required, a Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or NICET certification is highly valued.Why You'll Love Working With Us:Join a dynamic team committed to excellence and innovation in the construction industry
