Job Details
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, focusing on infrastructure development, expansion, and renovation.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, including safety protocols, environmental standards, and security measures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all construction-related activities including related processes.
- Manage multiple projects and handle reporting to the Senior Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Review and recommend updates/expansion of existing CM procedures/processes.
- Oversee the field activities and schedule coordination along with liaising with end users and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing executive reporting and schedule updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of construction management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or CCM certification is preferred.
