- Review and report issues timely if/when they arise and review potential impact
- Frequent/daily visits to the project job site
- Be able to manage and oversee the operations department with Project engineers, Superintendents, and Project Managers.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc., to meet the demands of the project
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Determine required resources (workforce, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Lead the Project Team through collaboration and leadership skills
- Hire Subcontractors/Vendors and efficiently allocate responsibilities
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
- Monthly requisition processing
- Able to lead Owner, Architect and Contractor Meetings
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Proven experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project is preferred
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A collaborator with diplomatic leadership abilities
- PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
- OSHA Certification
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Commercial Construction: 10 years (Required)
- Project Management: 10 years (Required)

Requirements
- Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
- Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to travel up to 25% locally.
- Ability to respond to after-hour emergency calls.
- Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
