Senior Construction Project Manager - Strategic Employment

We’re supporting a client in their search for a Construction Project Manager to oversee restoration projects across multiple building systems. This role involves hands-on project management, from budgeting to quality control, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restoration projects such as façade work, roofing, landmark preservation, and structural steel repairs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and inspection teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and Local Law 11 requirements.
• Oversee site operations, including scaffold and rigging setups, while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in construction project management with a focus on restoration or structural repair.
• Knowledge of materials and techniques for roofing, waterproofing, and decorative stonework.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
