Project Description:
Assembling team to engage to support the Proof of Technology / Proof of Concept effort for a Distributor Business Systems (DBS) solution.
Goal is to work, in partnership with our license team, with customer, to define a "Week in the Life " event to prove out SAP model company proof of concept and technology. Effort will be to define objectives, business scenarios, data & technical architecture, configure model company, load data and test scripts in advance of "Week in the Life " event.
2 days on a remote basis then full time and on-site the following 3 weeks.
Returns - Scenarios to configure:
• Return 'good' core from a previous Recon item sale
• Return 'damaged' core from a previous Recon item sale
• Return 'damaged' core (no value) from a previous Recon item sale
• Return 'swap' core from a previous Recon item sale (core not from original recon sale but can offset customers liability)
• Customer does not return core within timeframe
• Return customer core outside agreed timeframe
• Core reporting Service Management – Scenarios to configure
• Simple Engine Order - Service Upfit (Request for service department to Upfit with labor & parts should be included)
• Asset Details (Set up Asset with multiple serial numbers)
• Create quotation and convert to an order (Set up Customer and Asset)
• Technician Scheduling (Tech availability)
• Manage Work Order (Schedule multiple technicians to carry out the work)
• Field Service Job (Capture a customer requirement; generate job components)
• Service Agreements (Automatically create service agreements based on sales order)
• Manage a warranty claim (Ability to edit a warranty claim created automatically from a customer order)
• Manage Expenses (Unproductive and internal expenses technician actual time)
