Our Healthcare team is currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who will provide Accounting & Advisory Services to our clients.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Completing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Identify discrepancies in journal entries and bank reconciliation processes to ensure accurate information
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement
• Prepare financial statements
• Assist in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process
• Prepare payroll, including quarterly and annual filings
• Prepare annual 1099s
• Communicate/coordinate directly with tax team
• Professional client communication
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Two years of functional accounting experience
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Able to work in team environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
