The Senior Content Marketing Specialist collaborates with the Content and Creatives team to craft compelling content and activities for Employer Branding campaigns and Talent Acquisition efforts. They generate innovative ideas for social media and various candidate touchpoints, develop marketing strategies, ensure timely content posting, and engage with the target audience. Additionally, they foster relationships with internal teams and external partners, encourage employee participation, coordinate branding and recruitment events, and contribute to special projects, driving the success of content marketing initiatives on a global scale.
What does a day in the life of a Senior Content Marketing Specialist look like?
- Lead the development of engaging content and activities for Employer Branding campaigns and Talent Acquisition initiatives, collaborating strategically with Content Writers and the Sr. Content Writer.
- Develop and champion innovative promotional ideas for social media and various candidate touchpoints, maximizing employer brand awareness and driving high-quality candidate leads.
- Own the creation of marketing strategies for special campaigns. Independently develop and manage monthly content plans for engagement materials, providing guidance to Content Writers and the Sr. Content Writer.
- Oversee the timely posting and scheduling of all social media content, ensuring alignment with the established content calendar and brand guidelines.
- Actively manage online communities across social media and other platforms, engaging with the target audience and coordinating with internal teams (GTA, HR, etc.) to effectively address jobseeker concerns and build relationships.
- Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive internal communication strategy to promote Global Employer Branding campaigns and initiatives across SupportNinja, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactively cultivate employee participation in employee-focused content. Manage all administrative tasks associated with employee engagement, including proposal letters, follow-up communications, and meeting scheduling.
- Partner strategically with the Talent Acquisition Team and Global Communications Team to create impactful content related to Talent Acquisition programs, aligning content efforts with overall talent acquisition goals.
- Manage and execute out-of-office engagements, including but not limited to photo shoots, video shoots, and event logistics.
- Conceptualize, plan, and lead the execution of branding events, encompassing sponsorship content, live streams, partnership activities, and more.
- Take full ownership of assigned special projects, collaborating with the Sr. Content Writer to ensure successful outcomes and contribute significantly to the overall success of content marketing initiatives.
- Manage advertising budget and oversee execution of paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Manage SupportNinja's Glassdoor page, including responding to reviews, monitoring activity, and posting company updates.
- Conceptualization, planning and execution of Global Talent events
- Manage employee engagement programs of GTA, encouraging Ninjas to interact with content.
- Drive target audience engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for all geographical regions.
- Oversee global content, including acquiring content and establishing networks and conducting discover calls with potential talents
- Attend on-site SupportNinja events, engaging with attendees and providing coverage through various content formats.
- Manage content and creative proposals for Global Talent's employee communications
- Acts as the project manager of all requests to Global Employer Team
What are the required qualifications of a Senior Content Marketing Specialist?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- At least five (5) years work experience as a marketing professional, preferably in a BPO company
- Excellent business acumen and ethical practice
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
