BE PART OF THE CONNECTION:
You provide pre-award and post-award contracting support for commercial, state and local government and education clients. You develop, audit, validate, implement, maintain and record commercial terms entered into between Spectrum Enterprise and clients. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment and travel as needed.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Support sales teams and operating units in all aspects of contractual issues and interface with all levels of the organization, legal and outside parties.
- Review commercial contract issues escalated to the Deal Capture Team (DCT) and coordinate with DCT resource and Legal.
- Conduct review of RFPs, assist with responses and perform final reviews.
- Prepare or review client communications related to contracts and services.
- Update and maintain the contract repository to leverage pre-sales efforts and contract negotiations.
- Create a permanent file cover form and process for each new large business ‘non-standard' contract.
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Two or more years of telecommunications industry experience; Three or more years of experience with contract negotiations, contract drafting and review.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, a related field or equivalent experience.
Technical skills: Knowledge of business contracts construction, reviewing and drafting; Proficient with Microsoft Office. - Skills: Organizational, analytical, financial and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Accurate business judgment with the ability to prioritize assignments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience with telecommunications regulatory issues.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
